Surrey Heath were looking for a cost effective flexible resilience support for its Revenues and Benefits Department whilst completing transformation programme. Having looked at the market we opted for BSS, whilst a new company we were impressed by the presentation and felt the service that BSS could provide was ideal for our needs.
The contract was for offsite resilience and Ben visited our offices with the offsite staff in the initial setup phase. Ben then made regular visits to ensure the contract ran smoothly.
BSS did not disappoint on the promised made in their presentation and the calibre of staff working on our contract was excellent, work was done accurately and the output per hour was impressive. When we required onsite face to face staff cover and a one off review exercise on self-employed claims BSS were able to effectively meet those need for us also.
