Terms of Payment
Invoices become payable from date of issue, to be paid within 7 days. We further reserve the right to apply interest charges at a rate calculated at 4% above the base rate
Placement Fees
The client agrees to a chargeable placement fee equal to 25% of the comparable annual salary or 240 x the hourly rate, in the following circumstances:
I. when a candidate is introduced to a client who subsequently engages with them for paid work via an alternate source within a 26-week period
II. when a client wishes to offer a temporary candidate a permanent placement within a 26-week period after the placement ends
III. when a client wishes to offer a temporary candidate a temporary placement who subsequently engages with them for paid work via an alternate source within a 26-week period after the placement ends
